Chasing is a technique used to form cuts in the concrete and brickwork mostly for electrical conduits to be submerged flush inside the wall or floors. These cuts are formed using a handheld cutter with a diamond blade.  The handheld cutter can have a dustvac attached to suck up most of the dust created from the blade.
